Does SD Bars Ship Internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally through our website, but please send us an inquiry via our "contact us" form and we will do our best!
How long until my order is shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Please allow extra time for orders placed on Friday and Saturday since we do not ship on the weekends. You should receive your products with in three - five business days from the date your order is shipped.
Our Product
Where can i learn about each bar's ingredients and nutrition facts?
For every bar on our website, we have included a nutrition facts graphic on each product page for your review.
When will my products expire and where can i locate the expiration information ?
The expiration date, month and year, is Printed on the back of the packages by the scan Code.
Are SD Bars Gluten Free and VEGAN?
Yes all San Diego Bars flavors are Gluten Free and vegan and made from plant based ingredients only. Our bars do not have any EGG products either.
Do you offer any NUT-FREE bars?
Yes the Chula Vista Chile, Torrey Pines Trails, and Ocean Beach Omega flavors are Nut-Free. All of our bars are peanut-free. All of our bars are produced in a facility that processes tree nuts, so we cannot guarantee they are nut-free.
Sugars
Does SD Bars use any ADDED sugars ?
There are No ADDED sugars use in San Diego Bars the sweetness is from the naturally occurring sugars in the dried fruits. We absolutely have 0g added sugars in all our products.
Return Policy
In-Store & Online Retailer Purchase Returns?
For store or online retailer purchase items, please contact the merchant for the return policy by providing your receipt/order number, item number, and reason for return for full details on the return process.
Return policies for SDbar.co purchases
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of any unused or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price. It will be credited back to the credit card that was used to purchase the item(s).
Returned merchandise must be purchased directly from our website and received by Rise Bar within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after this time period. Returns should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
To return your item(s): Please email info@sdbar.co with your order number and whether you wish to exchange, credit the price toward another purchase, or receive a refund.
